Gojira a câștigat trofeul la categoria Cea Mai Bună Reprezentație Metal pentru fabuloasa prestație din ceremonia de debut a Jocurilor Olimpice 2024 cu „Mea Culpa (Ah! Ca Ira!)”.
Performanței francezilor li s-au alăturat la celelalte categorii rock și metal, alte nume de legendă din fenomen.
Cel mai bun album rock a fost ales The Rolling Stones – Hackney Diamonds. The Beatles a fost recunoscut pentru Now And Then, drept cea mai bună interpretare rock, în vreme ce, St. Vincent a primit trofee la nu mai puțin de trei categorii.
